Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you do not see your country in the shipping options, please contact us and we will help you out.

How long does it take to ship to my country?

Please see our shipping times here. Please note this is only an estimation, so please allow time if there are any unforeseeable circumstances that may cause delays.

Are there any updates on my order? I haven’t heard anything since placing my order.

We only have one update email that will be sent you place your order This will be the completion email, which is usually sent within the estimated processing time listed in the item’s description on our website. It will also contain an tracking number for your order.

What does the estimated processing/turnaround time mean?

As we are a small team and each cable is hand-made to order, it will take us some time to make your order. To help customers gauge how long the waiting times are, we have a processing/turnaround time listed on every item description. This is a rough estimate on how long it will take us to make your order. Once completed, you will receive an update email that contains a tracking number.

Please do not confuse “processing time” with “shipping time”. The shipping times that are listed at check out are Australia Post’s estimate on how long it will take to ship the order after the item has been sent.

How long does it take to make my order?

We generally mention the processing time in the listing of the order. If there are any delays, we will immediately contact you to let you know.

Can you stock/allow X option in your listing?

We can do our best to try and stock what you need. Please contact us and we will see what we can do :). We have a list of things that we have planned here.

What type of materials do you use?

We currently use a shielded 28AWG 4-Core twisted pair wire, paracord and TechFlex.

Can I use your cables for things other than a mechanical keyboard?

In general, we do not recommend using this cable for things other than a mechanical keyboard or similarly powered technologies. While most of the time the device will work with our cable, we cannot guarantee it will meet the power requirements, especially for devices that require high power usage, as our cable is designed for low-powered devices such as mechanical keyboards. We do not recommend using this cable for high-powered devices or to power additional devices attached to the keyboard. 

What are your recommendations for cable length and/or power usage?

For keyboards with high-power requirements, we recommend keeping the cable as short as possible to prevent power loss over long cable distances. CTRL/ALT Keyboard users should especially try to keep the cables as short as possible due to the high power requirements of these keyboards. Please check the manufacturer’s guidelines before making an order to ensure you buy a length compatible with your device. We do not hold any responsibility for incompatible cable lengths, as we only make the cable to your specified length.
